Wellbeing
Broadcast and Media
We have broadcast specialists in our team and work with television companies and production teams to ensure that all aspects of wellbeing are covered for those involved in production.
This might include:
-
Determining whether someone is appropriate for filming
If filming subject matter is sensitive or challenging for the interviewee, consideration needs to be given to whether it is appropriate for them to be filmed and what support requirement they may have, both throughout production and following broadcast. This might also be due to subsequent attention in social media or other outlets. -
Support for the production team
Difficult subject matter can sometimes be triggering for those working on the other side of the camera. It is important that proper consideration is given to this and support offered as appropriate. -
Training inexperienced people to be 'camera ready'
We can work with those new to production / filming, to help relieve any anxieties they may have and increase confidence ready for filming (to a professional standard). -
Production team training
We can work with your whole team so they understand how to respond in sensitive situations, when they need to get additional advice and support and also how to support one another.
Assessments For Wellbeing
Some of our clients want a cognitive assessment due to health reasons.
For example:
-
A psycho vocational assessment, which considers how someone's health is impacting on their work
-
A record in time of their cognitive abilities to see how this changes (e.g. following long Covid).

Coaching For Wellbeing
Having coaching around your health can be incredibly cathartic, particularly if you are working through any health problems.
We also offer coaching around other areas of wellbeing such as improving confidence, assertiveness and getting rid of 'imposter syndrome'.
